The #1 Jiffy Rigi Bag® Mailer is constructed from kraft laminated fiberboard — a rigid board material that prevents contents from shifting, bending, or creasing in transit without requiring additional stiffeners or padding inserts. Firm corner and edge support is built into the laminated structure itself, eliminating the need for secondary reinforcement.
This format is well suited for documents, photographs, prints, certificates, and flat or semi-rigid items shipped through e-commerce fulfillment, retail distribution, direct mail programs, and B2B operations. The consistent rigidity makes it particularly reliable for photo labs, print shops, and legal or administrative offices mailing time-sensitive materials.
Each mailer features a high-strength cohesive self-seal flap that requires no tape or equipment — fold and press to close. An integrated tear strip gives recipients clean, tool-free access without damaging contents. Each case contains 250 mailers and ships via parcel carrier.
