The #5 Jiffy Rigi Bag® Mailer is a rigid flat mailer constructed from kraft laminated fiberboard — a multi-layer material engineered to prevent bending, folding, and creasing in transit without supplemental board inserts or stiffeners, reducing pack-out time and material cost.
These mailers are well-suited for e-commerce fulfillment, direct mail campaigns, retail distribution, and warehouse dispatch of documents, photographs, artwork prints, certificates, and flat rigid panels. Any operation shipping items sensitive to flex or edge impact benefits from the inherent corner and edge protection the fiberboard construction provides.
The self-seal closure uses a high-strength cohesive flap — fold and press to close, no water, heat, or tape required. Recipients open cleanly via a built-in tear strip. Interior dimensions are 10 1/2 x 14 inches; each case contains 150 mailers and ships via parcel carrier.
