These 9 x 12 inch poly mailers are built from 2.5 mil coextruded polyethylene with a white exterior and silver inner lining that blocks visibility of contents. High-strength seams resist separation under overpacking pressure, and the material itself resists punctures, moisture, and tearing through standard parcel handling conditions.
The self-seal pressure-sensitive closure requires no tape or additional sealing equipment, and a built-in tear strip lets recipients open the mailer cleanly without scissors. The white outer surface accepts thermal labels, stamps, and direct ink printing, making these mailers compatible with standard warehouse labeling and carrier compliance workflows.
