These 10 x 13 inch white poly mailers are built from 2.5 mil coextruded polyethylene, a construction method that produces high-strength seams resistant to puncture, tearing, and moisture. The coextrusion process bonds multiple resin layers into a single film, maintaining envelope integrity even when contents are tightly packed against the seam edges.
The opening accommodates standard documents, soft goods, folded apparel, and flat-packaged items — making these mailers a practical fit for e-commerce fulfillment, subscription box operations, retail replenishment, and direct-mail distribution. The white exterior accepts pressure-sensitive labels, postage stamps, and direct ink printing without adhesion failure.
Each mailer includes a self-sealing adhesive flap that eliminates the need for additional tape at pack stations, plus an integrated tear strip that gives recipients clean, tool-free access. Cases contain 500 mailers and ship via parcel carrier.
