These 4 x 7-1/2" anti-static self-seal bubble pouches combine cushioned 3/16" high-slip bubble construction with a material that dissipates electrostatic charge, protecting sensitive components from both physical impact and static damage in a single pouch. The 1" lip with peel-and-seal tape closure eliminates the need for poly tape or heat sealing equipment at the packing station.
Electronics manufacturers, contract packagers, and e-commerce fulfillment operations rely on these pouches for hard drives, circuit boards, memory modules, sensors, and other static-sensitive components. The self-seal design supports high-throughput packing lines by reducing per-unit handling time, making them equally practical for low-volume repair shops and high-volume distribution centers.
Each pouch measures 4" wide by 7-1/2" long with an interior opening sized for small components. Cases contain 1,100 pouches and ship via parcel carrier.
