These 5 x 8" self-seal bubble pouches combine integrated cushioning and a secure closure in a single-step packing operation. Each pouch is built with 3/16" high-slip bubble material and a 1-inch lip fitted with a peel-and-seal tape strip, so no tape gun, heat sealer, or secondary wrapping is needed at the station.
The 5" x 8" interior suits small electronics, jewelry, cosmetics, optical components, and similar items requiring surface protection during transit. The self-sealing closure supports consistent pack times on fulfillment lines, retail distribution operations, and light manufacturing environments where throughput and finish protection matter.
