These 6 x 8 inch super duty self-seal bubble pouches deliver heavy-duty cushioning through 5/16-inch bubble sandwiched between smooth polyethylene layers — nearly double the depth of standard bubble pouches. The smooth exterior allows items to slide in cleanly without snagging on the bubble surface.
The integrated peel-and-seal strip eliminates tape, poly bags, or secondary containment at the packing station. That self-contained closure makes these pouches a practical fit for e-commerce fulfillment lines, retail distribution centers, electronics assembly, and manufacturing environments where fragile or dense components require consistent, repeatable protection.
Each pouch is constructed with a polyethylene bubble layer bonded between two smooth poly faces for puncture resistance and load-bearing durability. Cases contain 250 pouches and ship via parcel carrier.
