Description

These 8 x 8 inch chipboard pads are cut from 22 point (.022 inch) recycled kraft paperboard, delivering consistent rigidity and caliper across every sheet in the case. At this gauge, the pads provide meaningful stiffness without adding bulk — firm enough to stabilize stacked layers, reinforce envelope mailers, and shield carton tops from box cutters during warehouse receiving.

The square format fits cleanly inside standard corrugated mailers and retail shippers, making these pads a practical choice for e-commerce fulfillment operations, manufacturing packaging lines, and retail distribution centers. They are commonly used as tier sheets between stacked product in master cartons, as product inserts in smaller shippers, and as void fill in corrugated boxes where a flat, rigid filler is preferred over loose fill.
