These 12 x 12 inch chipboard pads are cut to a 30 point (.030 inch) thickness from recycled kraft fiberboard, delivering a rigid, flat surface with consistent caliper from the first pad to the last in the case.
The square footprint fits standard inner carton configurations used in e-commerce fulfillment, retail distribution, and manufacturing environments. Typical applications include layer separation inside corrugated shipping cartons, envelope and mailer stiffening, interleaving between stacked fragile or finished goods, and top-of-carton protection against box cutters during inbound receiving.
