These 13 x 16 x 2 inch expansion poly mailers are built from 2.5 mil polyethylene with a gusseted bottom that expands to a full 2 inches, giving them meaningfully more capacity than a standard flat poly mailer. The white exterior accepts labels, ink, and stamps cleanly, while the silver interior lining provides a finished appearance. Reinforced seams maintain integrity even when contents are packed to capacity.
The gusseted design makes these mailers practical for apparel, footwear, bundled soft goods, subscription box fulfillment, and any e-commerce or retail distribution operation shipping items too thick for a flat mailer.
