These 20 x 24 x 4 inch expansion poly mailers are built from 2.5 mil polyethylene with a gusseted bottom that expands to accommodate thicker or irregularly shaped contents without stressing the seal. The white exterior accepts ink, stamps, and shipping labels directly, while the silver interior lining provides a clean, opaque enclosure for every shipment.
The gusseted design makes these mailers a practical fit for e-commerce fulfillment centers shipping apparel, soft goods, or accessories; subscription box operations packing layered or stacked items; and retail distribution sending folded garments or bundled products that exceed standard mailer depth. Any application where a flat mailer would fall short benefits from the added 4" of expansion capacity.
Construction is puncture, tear, moisture, and tamper resistant. A self-seal adhesive strip closes the mailer without tape, and a double-perforation tear strip gives recipients clean, tool-free access. Seams are reinforced to hold integrity at full fill capacity. Each case contains 100 mailers and ships via parcel carrier.
