These 12 x 12 x 2" anti-static convoluted foam sets provide cushioning and electrostatic charge dissipation for sensitive components in storage and transit. Each set pairs a convoluted egg-crate top layer with a flat polyurethane base of approximately 3/4", combining to a total assembled height of 2". The anti-static formulation actively dissipates electrostatic charge rather than allowing it to accumulate, protecting voltage-sensitive items without requiring additional barrier materials.
The egg-crate surface distributes contact pressure across multiple points, reducing localized stress from vibration and impact during shipment.
