These 16 x 16 x 2" anti-static convoluted foam sets deliver cushioning and electrostatic charge dissipation in a two-piece polyurethane design. Each set pairs a convoluted egg-crate top sheet with a 3/4" flat base sheet, assembling to a total height of 2". The egg-crate profile distributes contact pressure across the surface, reducing point stress on packaged contents.
The anti-static foam formulation dissipates electrostatic charge, making these sets well suited for circuit boards, semiconductors, sensors, and precision instrumentation. Electronics manufacturers, defense contractors, and medical device assemblers commonly use them for both in-process component staging and finished-goods packaging.
