These 24x24x2" anti-static convoluted foam sets are made from lightweight polyurethane foam shaped into an egg-crate profile. The anti-static formulation dissipates electrostatic charge, making these sets appropriate for packaging and storing components that are sensitive to electrostatic discharge.
Electronics manufacturers, contract packagers, and precision instrument distributors use these sets to cushion circuit boards, electronic assemblies, and delicate components during kitting, storage, and shipment. The convoluted surface conforms to irregular geometries, distributing contact pressure and limiting movement within the package.
Each set pairs one flat base sheet (3/4") with one convoluted top sheet, combining to a finished height of 2". Custom cutting is available to fit specific tray, box, or insert dimensions. Cases contain 6 sets and ship via parcel carrier.
