24 x 24 x 2 3/4" Anti-Static Foam Shippers

These 24 x 24 x 2 3/4 inch foam shippers integrate convoluted anti-static foam inserts with a 200# corrugated outer box to stop the buildup of static electrical charge while cushioning fragile contents. The foam is pre-glued to the top panel and ships loose on the bottom for quick product loading, and integrated locking tabs seal the shipper securely without additional tape.

The large 24 inch square footprint makes these shippers well suited for flat circuit boards, display panels, photovoltaic cells, medical imaging components, and other wide-format electronics that require simultaneous cushioning and static dissipation. They are a practical fit for electronics manufacturers, medical device assemblers, and high-volume fulfillment operations running ESD-controlled pack-out stations.

Outer boxes are constructed from 200# corrugated board. Each case contains 9 shippers, and cases can be ordered individually or in multiples to maintain a steady supply at assembly lines or shipping docks. The parcel-friendly size allows direct shipment without freight coordination.
