2 x 24 x 24" Charcoal Cloud Foam Sheets

Charcoal cloud foam sheets cut from soft polyurethane deliver reliable cushioning and surface protection in a generous 2 x 24 x 24-inch format. Polyurethane cloud foam is valued for its conforming softness and consistent recovery, making it well suited to applications where components need repeatable, low-pressure support rather than rigid containment.

These sheets are used throughout electronics assembly, glass and ceramics packaging, medical device kitting, and retail fulfillment operations. They perform equally well as void fill, interleaving layers between stacked parts, or wrapped surface protection for finished goods during transit and in-plant handling.

Each sheet is 2 inches thick and measures 24 inches on both length and width. The charcoal color is standard for this polyurethane grade and helps conceal surface wear across multiple use cycles. The foam resists mildew and remains lightweight at approximately 6.46 lbs per case. Cases contain 6 sheets and ship via parcel carrier.
