13 x 45" Long Poly Mailers

These 13 x 45 inch poly mailers are constructed from 2.5 mil polyethylene, delivering puncture resistance and moisture protection that standard 1 mil mailers cannot match. The self-sealing adhesive strip creates a secure closure at pack-out without tape or supplemental materials, reducing handling steps on the pack line.

The 45" length makes these mailers practical for elongated or oversized soft goods — including apparel, banners, rolled textiles, yoga mats, foam padding, and seasonal items — across e-commerce, retail distribution, and manufacturing environments where standard mailer dimensions fall short.

Each mailer's lightweight construction keeps shipment weight low without sacrificing structural integrity during transit. Cases contain 50 mailers and ship via parcel, making them easy to stock and replenish in high-volume fulfillment operations.
