24 x 24 x 24" Multi-Depth Corrugated Boxes

This 24 x 24 x 24 inch multi-depth corrugated box is built from ECT-32-C single-wall kraft board and pre-scored at multiple height intervals along each side panel. Those score lines let packers fold the box down to a shorter depth on demand, eliminating the need to stock several separate box sizes for products of varying height. Note that reducing depth at the corners still requires a cutting tool — a carton sizer is not needed, but a blade is.

The 24" cube footprint suits heavier or bulkier goods commonly shipped from warehousing operations, e-commerce fulfillment centers, retail distribution hubs, and general manufacturing facilities. Adjusting to a closer-fit depth reduces void fill consumption and lowers the dimensional footprint of each shipment, which can meaningfully affect per-parcel shipping costs over volume.
