These 9 x 12 inch flat poly bags are manufactured from 6 mil pink anti-static polyethylene film. The pink anti-static formulation dissipates electrostatic charge at the surface rather than generating it, making these bags a standard specification in electronics manufacturing, PCB assembly, and ESD-sensitive component packaging.
The 6 mil gauge provides substantially greater puncture resistance than 2 or 4 mil alternatives, supporting heavier or sharper-edged contents without compromising bag integrity. The open-end flat design accepts twist ties, bag tape, or impulse sealers, giving production and fulfillment teams flexibility in closure method.
Each case contains 1,000 bags. The 9 x 12 inch opening accommodates flat components, folded assemblies, and bagged subassemblies common in electronics distribution, contract manufacturing, and warehouse kitting operations. Cases ship via parcel carrier.
