These 48 x 42 x 48" pallet covers are manufactured from 4 mil clear polyethylene, a thickness substantially heavier than standard 2 mil alternatives. The gusseted construction conforms to loaded pallet profiles, delivering full base-to-top coverage with no gaps — providing reliable protection against dust, dirt, moisture, and puncture damage during storage and transit.
The clear poly material allows warehouse staff and receiving teams to visually identify pallet contents without removing the cover, reducing handling time in high-throughput distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, and third-party logistics operations. These covers are also used as moisture-barrier liners inside large bulk containers and storage bins.
