2" x 1075' - 4 Mil Poly Tubing

This 2-inch wide poly tubing roll delivers 1,075 feet of 4 mil low-density polyethylene in a continuous cut-to-length format. Rather than stocking multiple pre-made bag sizes, operators cut the exact length needed, insert the product, and seal both ends with an impulse sealer — producing a custom-fit bag on demand.

The 2-inch width is well suited to narrow cylindrical, flat, and elongated items common in electronics component packaging, hardware distribution, medical device kitting, and e-commerce fulfillment. The 4 mil wall thickness provides meaningful puncture and tear resistance for heavier or irregularly shaped products without adding bulk to the finished package.

Each roll weighs approximately 7.36 lbs and is sold individually. For best results, pair with a compatible impulse sealer sized for 2-inch or wider tubing to complete the bagging station setup.
