This 2-inch wide poly tubing roll delivers 2,900 feet of 1.5 mil polyethylene film, allowing packers to produce custom-length bags on demand rather than stocking multiple pre-made bag sizes. Each bag is formed by cutting the tube to the required length and heat sealing both ends with an impulse sealer.
The film's FDA and USDA compliance makes it suitable for direct food-contact applications, including fresh produce, bakery items, and processed goods. Beyond food packaging, the tubing is equally at home in e-commerce fulfillment, light manufacturing, and retail environments where product dimensions vary and a single bag size won't serve every SKU.
