This 2.5" x 2150' lay-flat poly tubing roll is an open-ended 2 mil polyethylene tube engineered for on-demand custom bag production. Operators cut the tubing to any required length, insert the product, and heat seal both ends with an impulse sealer to create a finished bag sized precisely to the contents — eliminating the need to stock multiple pre-made bag sizes.
The FDA- and USDA-compliant film supports direct food contact applications, making this tubing a practical choice for food processors, meat and produce packers, and commercial kitchens. The 2.5" width also accommodates narrow and elongated non-food items, suiting manufacturers, e-commerce operations, and retail distributors packaging components, hardware, or accessories.
Each roll delivers 2,150 linear feet of usable tubing and weighs 9.7 lbs. An impulse sealer is required to close both ends of each finished bag and is sold separately. The roll ships via parcel carrier for convenient replenishment.
