4" x 1075' - 4 Mil Poly Tubing

This poly tubing roll delivers 1,075 feet of 4 mil polyethylene in a continuous, cut-to-length format. Rather than stocking multiple pre-formed bag sizes, operators cut the tubing to any needed length and seal both ends with an impulse sealer, producing a custom-fit bag on demand. The 4 mil gauge provides meaningful puncture resistance for heavier, denser, or irregularly shaped items that thinner films may not adequately protect.

The format suits warehouse picking lines, light manufacturing cells, e-commerce fulfillment operations, and retail backrooms where product dimensions vary frequently. It is particularly useful for wrapping elongated or oddly proportioned items — hardware, extruded components, rolled goods, or bundled parts — where a standard pre-made bag would require excessive overhang or be unavailable entirely.

Each roll is sold individually and weighs approximately 14.7 lbs. The tubing is compatible with standard impulse sealers. Storing a single roll in place of multiple bag-size SKUs reduces bin space and simplifies replenishment cycles.
