4 1/2" x 1075' - 4 Mil Poly Tubing

This 4.5" x 1,075' poly tubing roll is constructed from 4 mil thick polyethylene, delivering a durable, puncture-resistant barrier for demanding packaging operations. The open-ended tube format lets operators cut any length needed, insert the item, and seal both ends with an impulse sealer — eliminating the need to stock multiple pre-made bag sizes.

The 4 mil gauge provides significantly greater tear and abrasion resistance than 1 or 2 mil alternatives, making this tubing well-suited for heavier, sharp-edged, or irregularly shaped products. Warehouses, manufacturing lines, fulfillment centers, and distribution operations rely on this format when product dimensions vary frequently and pre-sized bags create waste or shortages.

Each roll weighs approximately 17 lbs and contains 1,075 feet of 4.5" lay-flat tubing. Impulse sealers are sold separately. Sold by the individual roll and ships via parcel carrier.
