This poly tubing roll delivers 1,450 linear feet of 3 mil polyethylene film in a 5-inch wide open-ended tube format. Rather than stocking multiple pre-made bag sizes, operators cut the tubing to any desired length and heat seal both ends to produce a custom-fit bag on demand — an approach that reduces overstock and adapts to variable product dimensions.
The 3 mil construction provides puncture resistance and flexible conformity suited to warehousing, e-commerce fulfillment, manufacturing, and retail distribution. The film meets FDA and USDA requirements for direct food-contact applications, making it a practical option for food packaging and processing environments as well.
Heat sealing requires an impulse sealer, sold separately. Each roll weighs 18.8 lbs and ships via parcel carrier. One roll per unit of measure.
