5" x 1075' - 4 Mil Poly Tubing

This poly tubing is supplied on a 1075-foot roll of 4 mil polyethylene, giving operations a cut-to-length packaging solution that eliminates the need to stock multiple pre-made bag sizes. Users cut the tubing to the required length, insert the product, and seal both ends with an impulse sealer to produce a custom-fit bag on demand.

The 5-inch width and 4 mil construction make this tubing well suited to heavier or irregularly shaped items — including bundled hardware, machined components, textiles, and retail goods. Warehousing, light manufacturing, distribution centers, and e-commerce fulfillment operations all rely on this format to match bag size precisely to product dimensions rather than overpacking into fixed sizes.

Each roll weighs approximately 18.98 lbs and is sold as a single unit. A compatible impulse sealer is required to create finished, sealed bags; open tube ends will not self-seal. Rolls are parcel-friendly and available for single-unit ordering.
