This 6" x 1450' poly tubing roll is constructed from 3 mil low-density polyethylene film, delivering a flexible, durable solution for creating custom-length bags at the point of pack. A single roll replaces the need to stock multiple fixed bag sizes — cut to the required length and heat seal both ends with an impulse sealer to form a finished bag sized exactly to the product.
The 3 mil gauge provides reliable puncture resistance for warehousing, e-commerce fulfillment, retail distribution, manufacturing, and food-processing environments. The film meets FDA and USDA requirements for direct food-contact use, making it equally suited to food packaging lines and general-merchandise operations.
Each roll weighs approximately 22.24 lbs and ships via parcel carrier as a single unit. An impulse sealer is required to seal cut ends and is sold separately; pairing one with this roll completes a fully functional custom-bagging station.
