This 7" x 1075' poly tubing roll is made from 4 mil low-density polyethylene — a durable, flexible film engineered for custom-length bag fabrication. The 4 mil gauge delivers meaningful puncture and tear resistance for heavier or irregularly shaped items without adding excessive material bulk.

Open on both ends, the tubing lets operators cut to the exact length needed, insert the product, and heat-seal both ends with an impulse sealer — producing a right-sized bag on demand. This on-the-fly approach suits warehousing, manufacturing, e-commerce fulfillment, and distribution environments where product dimensions vary and stocking dozens of pre-made bag sizes is impractical.
