This 8" x 1450' poly tubing roll delivers a continuous-roll solution for on-demand bag production. At 3 mil thickness, the film provides a puncture-resistant barrier, and the cut-to-length format eliminates the need to stock multiple pre-made bag sizes — operators simply cut to the required length and heat seal both ends with an impulse sealer.
The tubing is well suited to warehouse fulfillment, retail distribution, food processing, and light manufacturing environments. Because bag length is fully adjustable at the point of use, it handles variable product dimensions efficiently and reduces poly bag inventory overhead. The film meets FDA and USDA requirements for direct food-contact applications.
Each roll weighs approximately 29.34 lbs and is sold and priced per roll. An impulse sealer is required to close sealed bags and is sold separately. The 1450' roll length supports high-volume packaging runs before a changeover is needed.
