8" x 1075' - 4 Mil Poly Tubing

This 4 mil low-density polyethylene tubing roll delivers a cut-to-length bagging solution in an 8-inch width across 1075 feet of material. LDPE construction provides puncture resistance and flexibility, making this tubing well suited to heavier or irregularly shaped items that standard pre-made bags may not accommodate efficiently.

The open-ended tube format works with standard impulse sealers — operators seal one or both ends after loading to create a custom-fit bag for each item. This on-demand approach is practical for warehousing, manufacturing, fulfillment, distribution, and light industrial operations where product dimensions vary and pre-sized bags generate excess waste or require large SKU inventories.

Each roll weighs approximately 29 lbs and spans 1075 feet, reducing changeover frequency on active packaging lines. The roll is sold as a single unit and ships via parcel carrier.
