This 8-inch poly tubing roll delivers 2900 linear feet of 1.5 mil low-density polyethylene film for on-demand bag production. Cutting the tube to any required length and heat sealing both ends produces a bag sized precisely to the product — eliminating the need to stock multiple pre-made bag sizes across different SKUs.
The 1.5 mil gauge handles light- to medium-weight products and is well matched to warehouse fulfillment lines, manufacturing cells, retail distribution centers, and food processing facilities. FDA and USDA compliance makes the film appropriate for direct food contact, supporting both food-grade and non-food packaging operations on the same roll.
Each roll weighs 29.4 lbs and works with standard impulse sealers — seal the bottom cut end before loading the product, then seal the top to close. Sold as an individual roll and ships via parcel carrier.
