This 4 mil low-density polyethylene (LDPE) poly tubing roll gives packagers full control over bag length, eliminating the need to stock multiple pre-made bag sizes. Cut any segment from the 1,075-foot roll and heat-seal both ends with an impulse sealer to produce a fully enclosed bag sized exactly to the item being packed.
The 4 mil gauge delivers meaningful puncture and tear resistance for heavier or irregularly shaped items — a practical step up from 2 mil film. At 15 inches wide, the tubing accommodates a variety of product profiles and is commonly used in manufacturing, distribution, and industrial kitting operations where pack sizes vary frequently.
Each roll weighs approximately 49 lbs and is compatible with standard impulse sealers and heat-seal equipment. Sold as a single roll, it ships via parcel carrier.
