This 15-inch wide poly tubing roll delivers 2,900 feet of 1.5 mil low-density polyethylene film in a single continuous roll, enabling cut-to-length bag production at the point of use. The film meets FDA and USDA requirements, making it suitable for direct food contact as well as general-duty industrial packaging.
Operations seal both cut ends with a standard impulse sealer to form a finished bag at whatever length the product requires. This approach suits warehousing, e-commerce fulfillment, food processing, retail distribution, and manufacturing environments where product dimensions vary and maintaining a large inventory of pre-made bag sizes is impractical.
Each roll weighs approximately 54.84 lbs and is sold individually. The 1.5 mil gauge provides reliable puncture resistance for lightweight to medium-weight general-purpose applications without excess film weight or material cost.
