This 32-inch wide poly tubing roll delivers 2,900 feet of 1.5 mil polyethylene film in an open-ended tube format, allowing operators to cut bags to any required length on demand. Rather than stocking multiple pre-formed bag sizes, users cut, load, and heat seal each bag to fit the product — a flexible approach that reduces excess inventory and accommodates variable product dimensions.
The 32-inch width handles flat goods, bundled materials, textiles, automotive components, and oversized or irregularly shaped items that standard pre-made bags cannot accommodate. FDA and USDA compliance extends usability into food-contact environments, including produce handling, meat processing, and food manufacturing, alongside general industrial and fulfillment operations.
Film is constructed from 1.5 mil polyethylene and requires heat sealing on both ends to close; impulse-style bag sealers are compatible. Each roll weighs 114.8 lbs and is sold individually. Due to roll weight, freight delivery is required.
