This 36" x 2150' poly tubing roll is a 2 mil low-density polyethylene (LDPE) film supplied on a continuous open-ended tube. Operators cut the tubing to any required length, insert the product, and heat seal both ends — eliminating the need to stock multiple pre-made bag sizes and accommodating irregular or variable product dimensions.
The 2 mil LDPE construction delivers a lightweight, flexible barrier for dust and moisture protection in general-purpose packaging. Film meets FDA and USDA requirements for food-contact use, making it suitable for food manufacturing, processing, and co-packing environments. Heat sealing requires an impulse sealer, sold separately. The 36-inch width also supports industrial and manufacturing applications involving oversized components, rolled goods, or bundled materials.
Each roll contains 2,150 feet of tubing and weighs approximately 101 lbs. This product requires freight delivery due to its size and weight; order quantities and lead times should account for freight scheduling.
