This 38-inch wide poly tubing is supplied on a 2,150-foot roll constructed from 2 mil low-density polyethylene film. The open-ended tube format lets operators cut bags to any required length on demand, eliminating the need to stock multiple pre-made bag sizes and reducing excess inventory. Each bag is formed by cutting to the desired length and heat sealing both ends with an impulse sealer.
FDA and USDA compliance makes this tubing suitable for direct food contact, broadening its utility beyond general industrial use. Food processors, manufacturers, distributors, and fulfillment operations use this format to package irregularly sized goods, bulk components, manufactured parts, and retail merchandise where a consistent bag width with variable length is operationally advantageous.
