This 48" x 2150' poly tubing roll is manufactured from 2 mil low-density polyethylene film designed for on-demand, custom-length bag fabrication. Rather than stocking multiple pre-made bag sizes, operators cut the tubing to the required length and heat-seal both ends with an impulse sealer, producing a bag sized precisely to each product and reducing excess material consumption.
The film meets FDA and USDA requirements for direct food contact, making it appropriate for food processing and food distribution environments alongside industrial applications such as manufacturing, warehousing, and retail fulfillment. The 48-inch width is particularly well-suited to large, bulky, or irregularly shaped items that standard pre-formed bags cannot easily accommodate.
Each roll provides 2,150 linear feet of tubing, supporting extended production runs before a changeover is needed. The roll weighs 167 lbs and requires freight delivery. Impulse sealers needed for heat-sealing are sold separately.
