This 48-inch wide poly tubing is constructed from 3 mil low-density polyethylene film and supplied on a 1,450-foot roll, giving operations the flexibility to produce custom-length bags on demand rather than stocking multiple pre-made bag sizes. Cut any length needed, insert the product, and heat seal both ends with an impulse sealer to create a finished bag sized precisely to its contents.
The 3 mil gauge delivers noticeably greater puncture and tear resistance than standard 1.5 or 2 mil films, making this tubing a practical choice for heavier or irregularly shaped items. Warehousing operations, manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, and food-packaging environments all benefit from the cut-to-length format, and the film meets FDA and USDA requirements for direct food-contact use.
