This 48" x 1075' poly tubing roll delivers a heavy-duty protective barrier in an open-ended, cut-to-length format. At 4 mil thickness, it offers substantially greater puncture and tear resistance than standard 1 or 2 mil polyethylene tubing, making it appropriate for large, bulky, or irregularly shaped items that require more durable enclosure.
The on-demand format suits high-volume operations where product dimensions vary — including manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, textile warehouses, and industrial parts suppliers. Operators cut the tubing to any required bag length and seal each end with an impulse sealer, eliminating the need to maintain multiple pre-made bag sizes and reducing excess packaging material.
