Kraft Stayflats® Mailers deliver rigid, lightweight protection for flat items that must arrive without bends or creases. Built from .036 kraft chipboard, the board resists flexing without requiring added internal stiffeners — keeping contents flat from pack-out through final delivery. The integrated tab lock closure secures the mailer without tape, reducing consumables and speeding up packing.
These mailers are well suited to e-commerce fulfillment, photo labs, print shops, wholesale distribution, and retail replenishment operations where documents, photographs, cards, or flat media must reach recipients in pristine condition. The kraft surface accepts standard shipping labels and postage meter tape without pre-treatment.
Constructed from .036 kraft chipboard with a tab lock closure, each mailer measures 6 x 8 inches interior. Cases contain 100 mailers and ship via parcel carrier.
