Kraft Stayflats® Mailers in the 18 x 24 inch size deliver rigid, bend-resistant protection for oversized flat items that cannot be folded or rolled in transit. The .036 kraft chipboard construction provides all structural stiffness internally — no inserts, pads, or supplemental stiffeners are needed.
These mailers are well suited for print shops shipping large-format proofs, photographers and studios mailing prints and mounted artwork, publishers fulfilling flat media, and fulfillment operations handling technical drawings or archival documents. The tab lock closure seals quickly under volume packing conditions without tools or additional tape.
Each case contains 50 mailers. The kraft chipboard keeps individual piece weight low, supporting cost-effective postage management across high-volume shipments. Cases ship via parcel carrier, allowing flexible reorder quantities without minimum pallet commitments.
