The 20 x 27" Kraft Stayflats® Mailer is a rigid self-mailer constructed from .036 kraft chipboard that provides flat, stiff protection without requiring additional inserts or corrugated stiffeners. The tab lock closure holds the mailer securely sealed and keeps contents flat from packing through final delivery.
The large format footprint serves print shops, architecture firms, creative studios, and fulfillment operations shipping oversized documents, blueprints, posters, presentation boards, and artwork that must arrive flat and undamaged. The lightweight construction helps manage postage costs without compromising rigidity.
Mailers are constructed entirely of .036 kraft chipboard — no supplemental stiffeners are included or needed. The kraft surface accepts standard pressure-sensitive labels and is compatible with print-on-demand labeling workflows. Each case contains 50 mailers.
