The 13 x 18" White Self-Seal Stayflats Plus® Mailers are chipboard-reinforced flat mailers built to resist bending through standard parcel handling without requiring additional inserts or stiffeners. The lightweight chipboard construction maintains rigidity while keeping per-unit weight low, and the white exterior delivers a clean, professional presentation for both branded and unbranded outbound shipments.
These mailers are a practical fit for e-commerce fulfillment, print distributors, photography studios, and office supply operations shipping documents, posters, photos, and other flat-format goods that cannot arrive creased or folded. The 13 x 18" interior accommodates large-format prints, architectural drawings, presentation materials, and oversized documents.
Each mailer closes with a peel-and-seal self-adhesive flap for fast packing-line processing, and a pull-tab tear strip lets recipients open the mailer cleanly without scissors or tools. Cases contain 100 mailers and ship via parcel carrier.
