The White Self-Seal Stayflats Plus® Mailer is a rigid chipboard envelope engineered to keep flat contents unbent and undamaged through shipping and handling. Built-in chipboard rigidity eliminates the need for separate stiffener boards, reducing prep time at the packing station without sacrificing protection.
These mailers are well suited for photographers, print shops, retailers shipping cards or certificates, and direct-mail operations sending documents or art prints. Any fulfillment environment where flat items must arrive crease-free benefits from the structural integrity this format provides.
Closure is handled by a peel-and-seal self-adhesive strip requiring no water activation or additional tape, and a pull-tab tear strip allows recipients to open the package cleanly without tools. Interior dimensions measure 8" L x 6" W. Sold by the case in quantities of 100 and ships via parcel carrier.
