Stayflats Plus® Kraft Self-Seal Mailers are rigid, board-construction mailers built from .028 kraft chipboard that maintains a flat, unbending profile through the entire shipping and handling process — no separate stiffener inserts required. The self-adhesive peel-and-seal closure bonds securely without moisture activation, keeping contents protected from open to sealed in a single motion.
These mailers are well suited for e-commerce sellers shipping photos, fine art prints, architectural drawings, and legal documents, as well as print labs, fulfillment centers, and office shipping departments sending flat materials that cannot be folded or creased. The pull-tab tear strip on the opposite end lets recipients open the mailer cleanly without scissors or risk of damaging enclosed materials.
Each mailer measures 9" x 11.5" interior and is constructed from .028 kraft chipboard. The lightweight build helps minimize dimensional weight in parcel shipments. Sold in cases of 100.
