The 9 x 11½" White Self-Seal Stayflats Plus® Mailer is a rigid chipboard envelope engineered to protect flat, document-sized items from bending or creasing during transit. The built-in chipboard backing eliminates the need for separate stiffeners, reducing handling steps in high-volume shipping and fulfillment workflows.
These mailers are well-suited for e-commerce retailers, photographers, print shops, legal and administrative offices, and any operation regularly shipping certificates, photos, art prints, or flat promotional materials where arriving undamaged is non-negotiable.
Closure is a peel-and-seal adhesive strip that bonds securely without moisture activation, and a pull-tab tear strip on the recipient end allows clean, tool-free opening. The white exterior surface accepts printed labels directly. Sold in cases of 100 units and ships via parcel carrier.
