The 11 x 13½" Kraft Self-Seal Stayflats Plus® Mailers are rigid flat mailers built from .028" kraft chipboard, delivering stay-flat stiffness that protects contents from bending and flexing without requiring inserted stiffener boards or additional padding.
The self-adhesive peel-and-seal closure strip enables fast, tape-free sealing on the pack line, and the pull-tab tear strip provides recipients with a clean, easy-open experience. These mailers are well suited for e-commerce fulfillment, publishing and print distribution, photography, and any operation regularly shipping documents, artwork, or rigid sheet goods that cannot be folded.
Kraft construction keeps unit weight low, supporting cost management on high-volume parcel shipments. Each case contains 100 mailers and ships via parcel carrier.
