The 11 x 13½" White Self-Seal Stayflats Plus® Mailer is a rigid chipboard flat mailer built to keep documents, photos, prints, and artwork flat throughout transit. The chipboard construction provides inherent stiffness, eliminating the need for separate stiffener inserts and helping control both material cost and outgoing package weight.
These mailers suit e-commerce retailers shipping art prints, professional photographers fulfilling portrait orders, print distributors sending proofs, and administrative teams mailing legal or letter-size documents. The white exterior accepts standard shipping labels and direct-print thermal transfer without additional surface treatment.
Sealing is handled by a peel-and-seal self-adhesive strip that requires no tape at the packing station; recipients open via a pull-tab tear strip for clean, damage-free access. Interior dimensions measure 13½" x 11". Each case contains 100 mailers and ships via parcel carrier.
