Stayflats Plus® Mailers in 12-3/4 x 15" white are rigid chipboard mailers engineered to keep flat contents unbent through transit without requiring inserted stiffeners. The peel-and-seal adhesive strip secures the flap in one motion, eliminating tape from the packing workflow, while a pull-tab tear strip gives recipients a clean, damage-free opening experience.
These mailers suit e-commerce sellers, print shops, photographers, and corporate fulfillment operations shipping documents, artwork, certificates, photographs, and presentation materials. Any application where bending or creasing would render the contents unsaleable or unprofessional is a natural fit.
The white exterior accepts both standard pressure-sensitive shipping labels and direct thermal-print labels. Chipboard construction holds per-piece weight low, which helps manage actual and dimensional weight charges. Each case contains 100 mailers and ships via parcel carrier.
